About me


I am a nutrition educator and author. Since 2013 I have been giving talks and workshops to spread knowledge and awareness related to veganism, healthy food, respect for animals and the environment.

My courses, taught in Central and South America, and in Italy, are characterized by the adoption of an interactive and dynamic methodology, by the use of local ingredients and easy to achieve, and by the focus on practical, simple, culinary preparations suitable for people with different levels of experience.

I write about veganism and food sovereignty on the web pages «La Cucina dei Briganti«, “Cocineros Veganos Sin Fronteras” and «Alma Veg«.

In 2018 I’ve published the “Guía a la Alimentación Vegana”, a manual about vegan cuisine for people living in Latin America.
